I have adopted my duck(s) online, what happens next?

Your duck(s) have been training hard for the big race. They will be warmed up and ready Saturday, September 5, when the racing begins. The Derby festivities begin at 10:00am with kids activities and crafts, food vendors, craft vendors and much more...and will continue until 2:00pm.

At the Derby, visit the “Ducky Boutique” booth that will be next to the Kid Zone entrance on 3rd Street. They will have a list of all of the wonderful adoption parents and how many ducklings they adopted. At that time, you will collect your ticket number. The ticket numbers are randomly assigned to a rubber duck (the ducks have been numbered). We will announce the winning duck numbers at the end of the race and soon after post the corresponding ticket numbers. We will then contact the adopted parents of the winning ducklings.

For each duck adoption you will receive 2 (two) free Kid Zone tickets. You will also collect your Kid Zone tickets at the “Ducky Boutique” booth.
